All correspondence received by the East Hills Bed & Breakfast is for internal use only. We never sell or trade any information with anyone, anytime. Please feel secure in knowing that your information and concerns will always be dealt with in a secure, private, and professional manner.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation 3 days after your reservation is confirmed and receive your money back, but not if your stay was to begin within 72 hours. No refunds will be given for reservations that are on Holidays or College Parents Weekend unless the room has been rebooked. A 25% re-booking fee is charged for confirmed stays that were reserved for 3 days or more.
Confirmed Reservation: Upon booking a Guest room/Suite, you will be required to pay for the 1-2 nights stay to confirm your reservation. We will then mail your receipt and travel brochure.
Check in/Check out: Special exceptions can be made on an individual basis. General times are 4pm to 7pm and 12 noon to 2pm, respectively.
